At Arden Art Gallery, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase you make. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return or exchange an art print. Therefore, we have established the following return policy:
Please note: All artworks are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.
If you need to make changes to your order after completing payment, please contact us promptly at info@ardenvisuals.com and we will do our best to assist you.
In Case of Damage
Should your print arrive damaged and you can demonstrate that the damage occurred during shipping, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Important: All damages must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
For limited edition prints, we kindly ask that you either:

Return the damaged print to us (shipping costs covered by the customer), or

Provide proof that the print has been destroyed.
